Privacy notice

This notice describes the first release. The operator must confirm its identity, public contact details, hosting arrangements and retention policy before public launch.

Job submissions

The form collects the job title, employer name, employment type, Australian location, description, application link and a private moderation contact email. Job details are stored for review. Approved job details are public. The moderation email stays private and is used to review or follow up on the submission.

Applications and profiles

This version has no candidate accounts, CV uploads, saved profiles or automated matching. Applications leave this board and are handled by the employer’s website under its own privacy terms. Do not include private candidate information in a job submission.

Technical information

The server may process request information to run the service, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Hosting providers may keep access logs. Third-party analytics scripts and email subscriptions are disabled in this release. Following the RSS feed does not require an email signup.

Corrections and deletion

Use the contact page for listing corrections, removal requests or questions about your submission data. Provide the listing link and use the email supplied with the submission where possible. An operator contact address and data retention process must be configured before real submissions are accepted.
